She has focused her career on helping businesses undergo transformative transactions from a variety of vantage points — as a C-suite executive, investor and M&A attorney.
Most recently, she served as the CEO of Apex Crypto, a B2B2C platform that powers crypto investing via 35+ leading fintech partners. Under her leadership, the company was sold in 2023 to Bakkt, a publicly traded company, for up to $200M.
Why are we called Saturday Ventures?
Growing up, I witnessed my dad build a thriving and sustainable small business. He worked tirelessly six days a week, including Saturdays. Never once did I hear him complain about it.
That’s where our name comes from. It’s in honor of the small business owners that show up with a smile on a Saturday because they love what they do.
